1 Information We Collect
When you use FaaturaCloud, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account information: name, email address, company name, phone number
- Business data: client records, quotations, invoices, cost estimates and related documents you create within the platform
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration and interaction logs for improving the platform
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system and device information
- Payment and billing information: processed securely through our payment providers
2 How We Use Information
Information collected is used solely to provide and improve the FaaturaCloud service:
- To operate and maintain your FaaturaCloud account and deployment
- To provide technical support and respond to enquiries
- To send important service notifications, updates and security alerts
- To improve platform features based on usage patterns
- To process billing and licence renewals
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to providing the platform.
3 Data Storage & Security
FaaturaCloud implements reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
- Data is stored on secure servers with access controls and encryption in transit (SSL/TLS)
- For managed hosting deployments, your data resides on servers within our managed infrastructure
- For self-hosted deployments, data resides entirely on your own server — we do not have ongoing access
- Regular backups are maintained for managed hosting customers
- Staff access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only
While we implement strong security practices, no system is completely immune to risk. We encourage customers to maintain secure credentials and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

7 Data Retention
We retain customer data for as long as your account or deployment is active and as required to provide the service. Upon termination of service:
- You will be provided an opportunity to export your data before deletion
- Data will be securely deleted within a reasonable period following account closure
- Certain records may be retained for a period required by law
