There is no shared app or public signup; every deployment is dedicated to a specific business.
FaaturaCloud is designed for SMEs in industries where accurate job costing and professional quotations matter — including manufacturing, precast and concrete businesses, fabrication workshops, trading companies and construction contractors. It is particularly well-suited to businesses with 5–50 employees that need a practical, focused tool rather than a complex ERP system.
Most businesses are up and running within 3–7 business days. The process includes system setup and configuration, company and user setup, and a training session for your team. The exact timeline depends on the scope of your deployment and any specific configuration requirements.
Yes. FaaturaCloud can be deployed on your existing Linux VPS or cloud server. This gives you complete data sovereignty — everything stays on your infrastructure. This option is ideal for businesses with in-house IT or those with specific data residency requirements. We handle the full deployment and setup process.
Yes. Our managed hosting option includes a dedicated subdomain for your business (e.g. erp.yourcompany.ae), SSL certificates, regular backups, uptime monitoring and server maintenance. We handle all technical aspects so your team can focus on using the platform. Managed hosting is included in the annual licence for customers who choose this option.
Yes. A training session is included as part of every deployment. We walk your team through the platform — from creating cost estimates and quotations to generating and tracking invoices. Additional training sessions can be arranged if needed.
Yes — this is one of FaaturaCloud's core features. Once a quotation is approved by your client, it can be converted into an invoice with a single click. No re-entering data. The invoice inherits all line items, pricing and client details from the original quotation. This significantly reduces administrative time and eliminates data entry errors.
Yes. Your data remains your property at all times. For managed hosting, data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access controls and regular backups. For self-hosted deployments, data stays entirely on your own server — we do not retain ongoing access. FaaturaCloud does not sell or share customer data with third parties. Software updates, security patches and continuous improvements are included as part of the annual licence. Updates are applied by us — you do not need to manage them yourself. For managed hosting customers, updates are applied seamlessly during low-traffic periods. For self-hosted customers, updates are applied remotely as part of the support arrangement.
