Why FaaturaCloud Was Built

FaaturaCloud started as a system for one precast concrete manufacturer. Their estimator priced each element in a spreadsheet, the sales team retyped the result into a quotation, and accounts typed it a third time as an invoice. The numbers did not always match, and nobody could say quickly what a job had really cost.

We built them one system for all three steps. It worked well enough that we turned it into a product for other businesses with the same problem.

The Problems It Addresses

• Prices that go out below cost because the estimate lives in a spreadsheet only one person understands
• Quotations that take days because costing and quoting are separate jobs
• Invoices retyped from quotations, with totals that do not agree
• Unpaid and overdue invoices that nobody has in one list

Who It Is Designed For

Businesses of roughly 5 to 50 people in the UAE that price work before they sell it. It is a focused tool for costing, quoting and invoicing, not a full accounting or ERP system.

What It Does

• Cost estimates from element dimensions: concrete volume, steel weight, overhead and margin
• Branded quotations from your own price list, sent as PDF
• Conversion of an approved quotation into an invoice, without retyping
• UAE VAT tax invoices and tax credit notes, in AED
• Customer records showing each customer’s quotations and invoices
• Invoice status tracking: unpaid, overdue and paid

How We Implement It

There are two ways in. On the cloud service you sign up, confirm your email address and set up your company yourself, and start a free 10-day trial the same day. Or we give you a dedicated installation of your own, on your server or on our managed hosting, set up with your company details, TRN, branding, price list and users; we do the setup and train the team, and most companies are working in it within 3 to 7 business days. An account can move from the cloud service to a dedicated installation with its data.

Support and Ownership

• Your data is yours. On your own server it stays on your infrastructure
• Support by email and WhatsApp from the people who build the software, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 GST
• Updates, security patches and bug fixes are included in the annual licence
• Pricing is one setup fee and one annual fee, with no per-user charges
