UAE VAT Invoicing, Quotation & Cost Estimation Software

Estimate the job, send the quotation and issue the UAE VAT invoice in AED, from one system. For contractors, precast and fabrication workshops and trading companies across the Emirates.

UAE VAT (5%) invoices · Amounts in AED · No per-user fees · Go live in 3–7 business days

Cost the job first

Concrete volume, steel weight, overhead and margin give you the selling price.

Quote, then invoice

An approved quotation becomes the VAT invoice. Nothing is typed twice.

See what is unpaid

Every invoice shows as unpaid, overdue or paid.

What FaaturaCloud Covers, and What It Does Not Yet

VAT invoicing and structured e-invoicing are two different things. Here is where the product stands on each.

UAE VAT invoices: available now

Tax invoices and tax credit notes as PDF, with 5% VAT calculated per line, your TRN, the customer’s TRN, the date of supply and amounts in AED. An issued invoice is locked; corrections are made by credit note.

Structured e-invoicing: not yet

Under the UAE e-invoicing system, invoices are exchanged as structured data through an Accredited Service Provider. A PDF does not meet that requirement. FaaturaCloud is not accredited and is not connected to a service provider today. The connection is planned.

When e-invoicing applies

The Ministry of Finance timeline: a pilot from 1 July 2026; mandatory from 1 January 2027 for businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more; and from 1 July 2027 for other in-scope businesses. Confirm your own obligations with the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Tax Authority or your tax adviser.

FaaturaCloud and General Accounting Software

Accounting suites such as Zoho Books or Odoo do far more than FaaturaCloud across finance. FaaturaCloud does one thing they leave to spreadsheets: costing the job before the quotation.

UAE Invoicing & Estimation Questions

Yes. FaaturaCloud is built for the UAE: amounts are in AED, invoices carry 5% VAT with the supplier’s and customer’s TRN, and pricing and support hours are set for the Emirates. It is designed for cost estimation, quotations and VAT invoicing in contracting, precast, fabrication and trading businesses.

Yes. It produces tax invoices and tax credit notes as PDF documents with 5% VAT calculated per line, both TRNs, the date of supply and amounts in AED. Once an invoice is issued it cannot be edited; a correction is made with a credit note.

Not yet. UAE e-invoicing requires structured invoices exchanged through an Accredited Service Provider, and FaaturaCloud currently issues PDF invoices and is not accredited or connected to a provider. The requirement becomes mandatory on 1 January 2027 for businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more and on 1 July 2027 for other in-scope businesses. If this affects your decision, ask us for the current status.

The cloud service starts with a free 10-day trial and is then AED 149 per month or AED 1,490 per year, excluding VAT. A dedicated installation costs a one-time setup fee of AED 2,999 and an annual licence of AED 1,499, both excluding VAT, with no per-user fees. Setup, configuration and a training session are in the setup fee; updates and support are in the annual licence. The final price is confirmed in a written quotation.

Only for part of what they do. Zoho and Odoo are broad accounting and ERP products with ledgers, inventory and payroll, which FaaturaCloud does not have. FaaturaCloud is narrower: it costs a job from concrete, steel, overhead and margin, then handles the quotation and the VAT invoice. Companies that mainly need costing, quoting and invoicing use it on its own; others use it beside their accounting system.

This website is available in English and Arabic. The application and the quotation and invoice documents it produces are currently in English.
