Each line is quantity multiplied by unit price, rounded to two decimals. VAT is calculated on each line at its own rate. A discount on the total reduces the amount before VAT, and the VAT comes down in the same proportion, because VAT is charged on the discounted value.
Press Download PDF. The print window shows only the quotation. Choose "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") as the printer, then save. For the cleanest result, switch off "Headers and footers" in the print options.
